Dirk Heirman

Dirk Heirman

Dirk founded DHR Partners in 2018 based on the motivation to use his years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits specialist to help large and small companies by offering tailor-made total reward services.

At the age of 24, Dirk started his career in Compensation and Benefits at Hewitt CBC (now acquired by AON) and worked for more than 25 years for various national and international organizations. He worked  at General Motors and afterwards at Johnson & Johnson where he was responsible for the remuneration policy of all Pharma R&D companies, with employees in 47 countries. As C&B Director at Delhaize, he was not only responsible for Compensation & Benefits, but also for Payroll, HR Administration, HRIS, HR Analytics, Social Legal and General Services. He managed a team of 83 employees and about 20 external consultants. After the merger with Ahold, he took up a position at AholdDelhaize group level as responsible for Benefits and pensions.

His experience combined with his honest character and his analytical and out-of-the-box thinking make Dirk adept at Reward Management. He will therefore work with you to build a new vision and strategy around remuneration with great dedication and play an active role in the social relations within the organization.

Martine Brisse

Martine Brisse

For over 35 years Martine has held various HR related leadership roles making her source of knowledge an invaluable asset to both the DHR Partners team and the partners we work with . In recent years Martine has worked as SVP Human Resources & Organization Development at Delhaize, Chief Human Resources Officer at BASE company and HR Director at Enabel.

She will support your organization in the process of change taking into account key challenges and the company's vision and strategy; intensive teamwork and co-creation of improvements; relationship development with management and external partners; conceptualize and translate important trends into internal processes in order to build sustainable results and healthy development of the company.

We are proud that Martine, an expert in HR leadership and business development, strengthened the DHR Partners team in 2023.

Ivo Caremans

Ivo Caremans

Looking back at the past 22 years, we can safely say that Ivo has navigated through many different domains within HR, both in the Hard and Soft field; from Operational to strategic HR and this within both large companies and SMEs.

The accumulated experience and expertise in various HR functions and in various sectors, ranging from Insurance to Industry, has led him, mainly during the past 10 years, to HR lead positions with often an international dimension.

 

Ivo is best described as a  HR generalist, but with some predilection for HR metrics, analyses, Policies & Projects and Social Relations. Since he has a strong business acumen and a can-do mindset, Ivo will support any organization in an expert and authentic way.

Gaetan Duvivier

Gaetan Duvivier

Gaetan is our go to when it comes to running a successful compensation policy. During 10 years he led several job classification projects and gained a lot of knowledge of job evaluation methods. He supports you in translating your HR strategy into a Total Rewards policy and the associated processes. Gaetan works with you from the identification of your needs to the implementation & communication of your solutions.

Gaetan was the first to join DHR Partners in 2022 from the polyvalent profile of true "comp&benner".

Liesbeth Beyers

Liesbeth Beyers

Liesbeth is our operational support partner. Executive tasks are her thing and therefore a reliable and indispensable support for the DHR Partners team and many partners. Despite the limited HR experience she has, her motivation, drive and experience in coordinating projects convinced Dirk to hire her in 2023. 

Ingrid Zuodar

Ingrid started her HR career at Lineas, Europe's largest private rail freight operator.
During 15 years there, she gained experience in various HR domains : starting from HR Administration and Payroll over Compensation & Benefits to HR Analytics.

Ingrid joined DHR Partners in September 2023.


Due to her broad operational expertise, enthusiasm and drive, she has the greatest added value on projects where a seamless implementation, followed up to the smallest detail is required.
Through her warm personality, Ingrid embodies our value "Partnership" to perfection.
