DHR Partners systematically works out an implementation plan. We do this because we want to make ideas, which make a difference for your employees, work. Administration and communication are an integral part of this. Since we recognise other parties are better versed in these two areas, DHR Partners prefers to cooperate with them. By doing this, we can be sure to offer you the best possible solution for your company.

DHR Partners can support you in developing your HR Strategy. We can suggest adjustments and challenge it, but always in the light of your company strategy. We also want to partner with you to determine which opportunities we could consider changing or implementing, taking feasibility (both financially and culturally) and your company’s readiness into account.

REWARD ASSIGNMENTS

Once you have decided which project you wish to implement (with or without the help of DHR Partners), we can support you with the roll-out of these initiatives. We do this by providing a realistic project plan, business case or support of the project team already taking care of the implementation.

We cannot emphasise the importance of proper communication and faultless execution enough. To this end, we use systems and cooperate with third parties where necessary.

DHR Partners can also assist you in putting together your own project team. And taking into account the requirements of your company select, support you with the selection of third parties.

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

In our opinion, when a project is first launched, a company works best with its own employees implementing it. DHR Partners is also capable of taking over the operational management ad interim of certain HR functions. And in the meantime, help coach the project team to sharpen their project skills and further deepen their Rewards knowledge if required.

DHR Partners can also take on ad interim management. In case of an unexpected departure, a maternity replacement or any other leave of absence.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

DHR Partners wants to distinguish itself by its specific customer focus, partnering.

We expect that sometimes it is difficult to find a third party who offers exactly what you are looking for.

If legally permissible and feasibly possible, we are prepared to develop your idea if that happens. 20% of our turnover is invested in research and development. The research also ensures we stay on top of the latest developments within our expertise and operational markets.
